This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains our data protection policy and describes how you can use the "X plan: wonderful Fonts" software application for mobile devices ("App","Our App") when you install and/or use the "X plan: wonderful Fonts" software application for mobile devices.

When we refer to personal data (or personal information), we mean any type of information relating to a natural person that can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by reference to such data.

It is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identity card number or to one or more specific factors relating to his or her physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social status.

Our Privacy Policy applies to all users and others who access the App ("Users").

For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the data controller, unless otherwise stated.

Please read the following privacy policy carefully for information about how your personal information may be processed. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Requirement

To submit a verifiable consumer request to access, migrate or delete personal data, please contact us via the  contact form. Please include in the text of your appeal "Your Right to Confidentiality in the State of California."

When submitting a verifiable request, you should be prepared to:

· Provide sufficient information to enable us to reasonably verify that you are the person or authorized representative on whose behalf we collect personal information, which may include: Name, address, city, state, zip code, and email address. We may use this information to ask you a series of security questions to verify your identity. If you make a request through an authorized agent acting on your behalf, the authorized agent must provide a written confirmation of authority or power of attorney signed by you.

· Describe your request in sufficient detail so that we can properly understand, evaluate and respond.

We will not be able to respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we fail to: (i) verify your identity or authority to make a request;(ii) confirm that the personal information is relevant to you. We may ask you for additional information or documents to verify your identity. We may also conduct checks (including third-party authentication services) to verify your identity before taking any action with your personal information. This is considered a safeguard against disclosure of your personal information under false or scammy requests.

We ensure that personal information provided in verifiable consumer requests will only be used to verify the identity of the requester or the authority to make the request, and not for any other purpose. We will retain this information for a sufficient period of time as is reasonably necessary to achieve the above purposes and delete it when the purpose has been achieved.

We attempt to respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we need more time, we will inform you in writing of the reason and the extension. Please note that we only need to respond to two requests per customer per year.

Any way we handle your request should not be construed as discrimination, meaning that we will not set different pricing or products for you, or different levels or quality of service, if you choose to exercise your rights. However, in some cases, if you choose to have your personal information removed from our records, we may not be able to provide our services.

II. Information We Collect

There are several types of information that can be processed.

Functional information and information you submit

When you use the application, we process the following personal information about you. This information is necessary for the fullperformance of the contract between you and us. Without such information, it is impossible to provide the full functionality of the application and perform the requested service.

· Activity information directly related to your use of the Application. After setting the relevant settings on your device, we may have technical access to your camera or camera roll-to analyze the photos you take and/or edit while using the App and available photo editing tools. However, we cannot collect, store or use the files contained in your camera roll. After you allow the keyboard, we may see them as you type messages. However, we never collect, store or use this information.

· Contact information(name, e-mail address and any other content contained in the e-mail), which you may fill out when contacting us via e-mail, support forms. Collect, store and process it. We use this information to effectively respond to your inquiries, fulfill your requests, send you the communications you requested and perform the services you requested.

When you use the app, some information about your device and user behavior may be processed automatically. This information is generally non-personal, i.e. it does not allow for direct association with any particular individual, and we can only access it in aggregate form. We process this information based on our legitimate interest in improving our applications and providing the best experience for our users. If we do not have access to such data, we may not be able to provide you with all the features of the application.

We use third-party automatic data processing technologies to analyze certain information sent by your device through our applications (advertising or analytics tools). Some of them carry out automatic processing of your personal data, including profiling, which means any form of automatic processing of personal data for the purpose of evaluating certain personal aspects relating to you, in particular profiling or making predictions about your personal preferences, interests, behaviour, location or movements (see the list of data described below). When you launch the application for the first time, it automatically starts processing information through automatic data processing techniques.

Device details. When you use a mobile device to access our applications, the system reports some details about your device, including the Device Identifier. Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device that uniquely identify your mobile device (but not your personality).

· 

What data can be processed:

· 

o Information about the device itself: device type, operating system type and its version, model and manufacturer, screen size, screen density, orientation, volume and battery, device memory usage.

o Information about your Internet connection: mobile operator, network provider, network type, IP address, timestamp and session duration, speed, browser.

o Location-related information: IP address, country code/region/state/city associated with your SIM card or device, language settings, time zone, proximity to commercial points of interest (e.g."coffee shops").

o Device Identifier: Advertiser ID for iOS device/Ad ID or Android ID for Android device, user identifier if they are set by the app developer.

· Information about the application. We can report the name, API key (application identifier), version, properties of our application for automatic processing and analysis. Some services also record a list of applications and/or processes installed or running on your device.

· Cookies and similar technologies. When you use the application, cookies and similar technologies (pixels, web beacons, scripts) may be used. A Cookie is a text file containing a small amount of information that is downloaded to your device when you visit an application. Every time you use the application, the text file is sent back to the server. This allows us to operate the application more efficiently. For example, we will learn how many users visit a particular area or feature in our app and which links or ads they click on. We use this aggregated information to understand and optimize how our apps are used, to improve our marketing efforts, and to provide content and features of interest to you.

· Log file information. Log file information is automatically reported each time access to the application is requested. It can also be provided when the application is installed on your device. When you use our application, the analytics tool automatically records certain log file information, including the time and date you started and stopped using the application, and how you interacted with the application.

· Advertising related information. The following data may be reported about the ads you can view: The date and time of the specific advertisement; recording whether the advertisement is "clicked" or displayed as a "conversion" event; What is the content of the ad offer; what type of ad it is (e.g. text, image, or video); Which ad serve is involved (ad offer is displayed within the app); Do you respond to advertisements?

· In-app events. When you use our app, the analytics tools automatically record information about your activities (tutorial steps, upgrades, payments, in-app purchases, custom events, progress events, ways to limit the processing of user data).

Information that is automatically provided to advertising or analytics tools is generally not under our control and we are not responsible for processing such information. Please note that some of the Services involve the analysis of personal data and may obtain information related to your personality and/or your device through the use of technologies that are not under our responsibility. If your user ID is linked to your Facebook account, Facebook may combine your device information with disaggregated data already recorded in its database, such as your age, gender, or other demographic indicators. We do not control, monitor or guarantee how third parties process your personal data, which may have been collected by their own means (other than through our apps). Any request for information about the disclosure of your personal information should be directed to such third parties (see Section 4).

Payment Information

Our e-commerce provider (Google) is responsible for the billing, processing and charging of in-app purchases, handles your personal information and keeps it absolutely secure. This information will be processed as part of the performance of the contract between you and us. We cannot access or use your credit or debit card information. You can access applicable in-app purchase rules and policies directly from the App Store.

Email Newsletter

You may choose to use the special forms/pop-ups available within the App and provide your email address and the corresponding permissions to receive email communications from us regarding special subscription offers, important changes, new features and functions, promotions, discounts and other news related to the App (the "Newsletter"). Sending you a newsletter will enable you to stay informed and receive the latest news about our applications, including information about the best prices. Please note that in addition to your email address, some other categories of your personal data (i.e. information about your name (if previously provided), date of registration within the application, date of subscription purchase, geo-location data, event information, etc.) may be processed for market analysis activities based on our legitimate interests, in particular to provide you with targeted newsletters that best meet your needs and interests. The information we receive about your email address may be transferred to an email marketing tool to optimize and automate the email delivery process (please see Section 4 for more information about the tool's privacy policy and practices). You may also unsubscribe or opt out of receiving newsletters from your email address at any time using the resignation link provided in each newsletter we receive from you.

III. Purposes of processing your personal data

Our mission is to continuously improve our applications and provide you with new experiences. As part of this mission, we use your information for the following purposes:

(a)Provide our services. We use functional information, the information you submit and the information processed automatically to provide you with all the services you request.

(b) Improve, test and monitor the effectiveness of our applications.  We use automatically processed information to better understand user behavior and trends, detect potential outages and technical issues, and operate, protect, improve, and optimize our applications.

(c) To provide you with interest-based (behavioural) advertising or other targeted content.  We may use the automatically processed information for marketing purposes (to display advertisements that may be of interest to you based on your preferences). We provide you with personalized content and information, which may include online advertising or other forms of marketing.

(d)Communicate with you. We use the information we have to communicate with you through newsletters, i.e. to send you marketing notifications, to receive feedback on your experience with our apps, and to let you know about our policies and terms. When you contact us, we also use your information to respond to you.

(e) Prevent fraud and spam and enforce the law. We really want our apps to be spam-free and scam-free so that you feel safe and free. We may use your information to prevent, detect and investigate fraud, security breaches, potentially prohibited or illegal activities, protect our trademarks and enforce our Terms of Use.

In the event of any new purposes for processing your personal data, we will inform you that we start processing information for other purposes by making corresponding changes to this Privacy Policy.

4. Sharing your information

We will only share your information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy. We adhere to the Digital Advertising Alliance's Self-Regulatory Principles for the Mobile Environment.

Please note that while we only work with third parties to ensure that we take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted directly from the App to such third parties. We are not liable for any accidental loss or unauthorized access to your personal data due to the fault of third parties.

We do not rent or sell your personal data to any third party, but we may share your information from tools such as cookies, log files, device identifiers and location data with third party organizations that provide automatic data processing technology for the application. We do not control or influence the tracking technologies of these third parties or how they are used.

If you would like more information about services and privacy options, please consult the respective websites and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the use of your personal data by the aforementioned third parties in violation of our instructions.

Our application may contain links to third party websites/services, or you may access the application from a third party website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party websites or services linked to our application, including the information or content contained therein.

We may disclose your personal information if required for objective reasons, public interest or other unforeseen circumstances:

· as required by law;

· When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect the safety of you or others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

· If we become involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, you will receive any changes in ownership or use of your personal information and any choices you may have regarding your personal information via email and/or prominent notice in our applications.

V. International Data Transmission

We work in the cross-border space and deliver our applications to users around the world.

We and third-party organizations that provide automated data processing technology for the App or our third-party advertising partners may transfer automatically processed information across borders, from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.

If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere, whose laws governing data processing may differ from those of the United States, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to countries and jurisdictions that do not have the same data protection laws. within your jurisdiction.

This means that your personal information may be transferred to a third country, a region, or one or more designated authorities within that third country, or to an international organization whose data protection and confidentiality regulations may not provide the same level of personal data protection as in the United States. Your country does.

We endeavour to ensure that any recipient of personal data provides appropriate protection for the personal data received in accordance with the legislation in force on the protection of such information. By using the application, you agree that we may transfer your personal data to any third country, to a region or to one or more designated authorities within the territory of that third country, or to international organizations.

For the purpose of data storage, we resort to the services of hosting organizations. We take your privacy seriously and therefore, where possible, encrypt your personal data before it is sent to a hosting organization for storage. Please note that we only work with hosting organizations that pass our security and reliability checks.

6. How long do we use your personal data

We will generally retain your personal information for as long as necessary to perform the functional services of the application and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information that we actually access and store, you can ask us to delete your personal information and close your account.

However, if the information is necessary to comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, auditing) or to maintain security and data backup settings, some data may still be stored for a period of time (but no longer than necessary for the purpose of storage) to prevent fraud or other malicious acts.

VII. Exercise of your rights

Applicable data protection laws give you certain rights with respect to your personal information. With respect to your personal information collected, you have the following choices:

· Data access and portability. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

· Change or correct data. When you are unable to update your data through your account on your own, you have the right to request that your data be corrected, changed, updated or corrected.

· Data retention and deletion. As long as your user profile exists or is required to provide the relevant service, user data will usually be retained. however, that specific retention time may vary depend on the context in which the processing is perform. You have the right to request the deletion of all or part of the personal data held about you.

· Processing restrictions. In some cases, you may have the right to restrict how your personal information is used.

When your personal information is processed automatically, you may object to such processing in certain circumstances. If your personal information is processed for direct marketing purposes, you can request that the processing of your data for these direct marketing purposes cease. VIII. Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and after we receive it.

Considering the risks involved in processing and the nature of personal information, we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at the effective implementation of data protection principles, such as data minimization, and incorporate the necessary safeguards into the processing. We seek to encrypt your personal data using appropriate and strong encryption algorithms, including hashes where possible.

Unfortunately, no Internet transmission method or electronic storage method is 100% secure. We do our best to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If your personal information is compromised due to a security breach, we will notify you immediately in accordance with applicable law.

IX. Children's privacy

Our application is not intended for children under 18 years of age. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 18. No one under the age of 18 may provide any personal information to the application. If you are under the age of 18, do not use this application or any of its features or provide any information through any of its features. If you are under the age of 18, do not provide any information about yourself, including your email address. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
